The students will develop a better sense of self worth so critical in this day and age to try to keep our children safe and out of harms way.

We build our program on respect and attitude. Midwest Academy of Taekwon Do's intention is to increase athleticism through our training and build outstanding individuals who believe in themselves and respect others.

CONFIDENCE

Self-confidence is the ability to trust yourself and your abilities. Parents appreciate the physical fitness, good manners, and new friendships formed by their children being in taekwondo.

SELF-DEFENSE

Taekwondo tends to emphasize kicking, especially high kicking, the idea being that your legs are longer and stronger than your arms and therefore should be more effective in a fight.

DISCIPLINE

Taekwondo is a technical discipline, which helps participants learn how to control their body. It provides complete training, giving social and psychological value.
